Our client, is a leading technology company in sustainable digital infrastructure and globally advancing eco-friendly Data Centers, managing over 20 GW of renewable energy and recycling 800,000 cubic meters of water daily.

Job Purpose
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for strategically aligning HR practices with business objectives to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role involves crafting and implementing effective onboarding processes, enhancing employee engagement throughout the lifecycle, and driving talent management initiatives. The HRBP collaborates with leadership across multiple locations to implement HR processes and policies that optimize employee experience and contribute to business success
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic talent management plan aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end process of performance management to build a fair and high-performing team.
- Responsible for creating, executing, and managing the annual classroom training calendar.
- Help design and roll out employee engagement programs to track and measure the engagement index.
- Design and oversee learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified leaders.
- Implement leadership development programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of effective performance management systems.
- Utilize talent analytics to measure the impact of talent management initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of talent strategies with overall business objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives related to talent management processes and programs.
- Deliver training sessions on various topics to upskill employees.
- Develop and manage vendor partners who assist with various talent management, engagement, and training activities.
- Evaluate and implement learning technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in learning technology and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Communication and Working Relationships
- Internal Interaction: 90% of the time with Operational, Supervisory, Middle Management, Senior and Top Management.
- External Interaction: 10% of the time with Middle Management and Seasoned Professionals.
Role Requirements
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
Relevant Work Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant work experience in talent management, Employee Experience, or related roles.
- Extensive experience in HR, focusing on HR generalist functions, talent management, and employee experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is a plus.

- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions in talent management processes.
- Awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity, with the ability to create and sustain an inclusive work environment.
Training and Certification:
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CPLP) is a plus.
